Hakikat Merdeka Sebenar

“ALLAH telah mengutuskan kami untuk mengeluarkan manusia daripada penyembahan sesama makhluk kepada penyembahan Allah Ta’ala, daripada kesempitan dunia kepada dunia yang lapang, daripada kezaliman agama-agama kepada keadilan Islam.”

Itu adalah kata-kata bijak yang terpacul dari mulut seorang sahabat Baginda Rasuulullah SAW yang hebat bernama Rib’ie bin Amir RA ketika di tanyakan tujuan kehadirannya ke bumi Parsi. Sebuah kisah yang mashyur, pertemuan bersejarah Rib’ie bin Amir RA dengan panglima tentera Parsi bernama Rustum telah membawa sebuah slogan kemerdekaan serta kebebasan  yang sebenar daripada kaca mata Islam.

Ungkapan keramat yang cukup hebat tersebut telah di kongsikan oleh Naqib Usrah Nurani, Ustaz Syed Abdul Kadir Al-Joofre untuk Usrah Jumaat lalu bersama rakan Usrah di konti iaitu Fakhrul (UNIC) dan Ustaz Mahmud Fahrurrazi. Ucapan tersebut memberi makna yang besar untuk manusia memahami erti sebenar sebuah kemerdekaan.

Pada saat dunia yang dilanda pelbagai fitnah akhir zaman ini, kemantapan iman dan akal yang bijaksana amat diperlukan bagi membuat pilihan yang tepat. Justeru, diri akan terbebas daripada belenggu penjajahan pemikiran yang merupakan ancaman yang jauh lebih kritikal daripada penjajahan fizikal.

Cara berfikir perlu kepada asas faham Islam yang baik. Memahami prinsip asas kewujudan di dunia dan misi akhir matlamat kehidupan untuk sejahtera dan bahagia di alam akhirat. Jika objektif itu jelas, maka walau datang teknologi paling canggih atau peralatan paling maju tidak akan menggoyahkan prinsip dan agamanya malah akan di manfaat segala kemajuan dan teknologi tersebut mengikut acuan yang di redhaiNya. Itu adalah contoh pembebasan minda yang sebenar yang perlu diusahakan oleh setiap individu agar bebas daripada anasir penakhluk akal yang merosak dalam diam serta menghancur dalam samar.

Kedatangan Islam sendiri ke alam dunia ini membawa mesej dan sifat kemerdekaan. Islam menyeru manusia supaya membebaskan diri dan pemikiran daripada belenggu jahiliah serta kemusyrikan terhadap Allah SWT. Membebaskan diri daripada perhambaan dan melepaskan negara daripada cengkaman musuh.

Islam dalam erti kata kesejahteraan, kedamaian dan keamanan semuanya menjurus kepada maksud kemerdekaan. Hakikat ini dapat dilihat semasa perkembangan awal Islam yang banyak memerdekakan negara dari cengkaman kekufuran.  Selain itu, Islam juga menyifatkan merdeka sebagai bebas daripada keruntuhan akhlak dan kemurkaan Allah. Lantaran itu, Islam talah berjaya menyelamatkan tamadun manusia daripada sistem perhambaan, sama ada perhambaan sesama manusia ataupun perhambaan terhadap hawa nafsu yang diselaputi oleh syirik, kekufuran, kemungkaran dan kemaksiatan.

Satu lagi bentuk penjajahan adalah dalam bentuk ketagihan perhatian daripada manusia sehingga alpa bahawa perhatian Allah lebih utama. Manusia lebih cenderung untuk dilihat hebat di mata manusia dengan segala harta, darjat dan pangkat yang dimiliki. Ibrah menerusi kisah Rib’i bin Amir, beliau melakukan hal itu dalam rangka meruntuhkan mental pasukan Parsi yang begitu mengagungkan harta. Saat Rustum bertanya kepada Rib’i bin Amir,”Risalah apa yang kalian bawa?”.

Rib’i menjawab,”Allah mengutus kami untuk mengeluarkan manusia dari penghambaan terhadap sesama hamba menuju penghambaan kepada Sang pencipta. Menyelamatkan manusia dari kezaliman atas nama isme-isme menuju keadilan yang diwujudkan oleh Islam. Membawa manusia dari sempitnya dunia menuju kelapangan dunia dan akhirat…”

Apa yang dilakukan oleh Rib’i bin Amir terhadap bangsa Parsi mencerminkan kemerdekaan jiwa yang dimiliki oleh seorang muslim. Beliau tidak merasa rendah di hadapan para pemuja harta, juga tidak merasa hina berhadapan dengan para penguasa, karana beliau memiliki jiwa yang merdeka oleh tarbiyah Islam. Tidak hanya itu, risalah yang disampaikan Rib’i bin Amir juga melambangkan kemerdekaan itu sendiri.

Justeru, umat Islam hendaklah sentiasa berazam untuk membebaskan diri  daripada sifat-sifat yang boleh meruntuhkan wibawa kamanusiaan kerana sifat-sifat yang demikian amat dimurkai Allah dan akan hanya menyebabkan manusia terpenjara di bawah arahan nafsu dan telunjuk syaitan. Dan lebih jauh dari itu, hendaklah sentiasa memohon keampunan daripada Allah SWT agar mendapat keredhaanNya dan terlepas daripada siksaan api neraka yang bahan bakarnya terdiri daripada manusia dan batu-batan. Inilah nilai sebenar kemerdekaan yang diajarkan oleh agama Islam.
