Kecelaan Tipu Daya (Kitab Dhamm al-Ghurur) adalah kitab ke-30 daripada Ihya’ ‘Ulum al-Din.Ia mengandungi tiga perbincangan iaitu: (i) hakikat ghurur, punca-puncanya, dan contoh-contohnya; (ii) golongan yang sering terdedah kepadanya; dan (iii) Jalan-jalan keluar daripada ghurur ini. Ghurur ini adalah suatu penyakit yang menimpa hampir setiap orang. Maka kita temui ramai ilmuwan yang tertipu dengan ilmunya, ahli ibadat yang terpedaya dengan amalannya, pengamal tasawwuf yang tertipu dengan makam kerohaniannya, dan juga kaum hartawan yang tertipu dengan harta dan kebajikannya. Kesemua tipu daya ini berpunca daripada kecendrungan dan kecintaan melulu terhadap kehidupan dunia. Apa yang dibahaskan oleh al-Ghazali dalam kitab ini sentiasa kekal dan segar dan segala tunjuk ajar, teguran dan bimbingan darinya itu masih tetap berguna sehingga ke hari ini.
